Rental Income Option
If you don’t wish to use your property for your full allocation, you could opt to take our Guaranteed Rental Income Option.
According to your property size and location, you will be offered guaranteed rental income on 4 or 6 of your allocated weeks between May and October, leaving you 6 or 8 weeks for your own use.
Our guaranteed rental income will be paid net of your property management costs so you’ll have nothing else to pay.
Our rolling four year calendar ensures weeks are allocated fairly and provides flexibility for all owners.
Worldwide Exchange
Ownership with NG Fractional comes with a 3 year membership of our chosen international exchange network.
This means you can exchange some of your weeks for stays at properties of a very high standard in the worlds finest locations.
