Property Management charges are set for each development and unit, payable in advance of usage each year, to contribute towards cleaning and maintenance of apartments, gardens, and leisure facilities, ensuring the resorts are always kept in excellent condition. This will ensure that you and your guests will have a fabulous time and will also maximize the rental appeal and value.
How do I arrange my holidays?
You can book your property online using your own username and password, or contact us to arrange an exchange.
Can I move from fractional to full ownership?
Owners can upgrade at anytime to any development within the NICHOAS GROUP at a full trade in cost.
